Data we collect

Account information: the email address you sign up with (via Firebase Authentication).

Content you create: hunt logs, harvest details, contest entries, team information, and photos you choose to upload.

Location: GPS coordinates are recorded only when you log a hunt or scouting location, and are used to attach position and weather conditions to your entries.

How it's used

Your data powers the app's features: your personal hunt history and statistics, contest participation and scoring, and environmental intel (weather and moon phase for your logged locations).

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. Contest entries are visible to the contest's participants and hosts as part of the contest experience.

Storage & security

Data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, and Storage) using industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, protected by security rules that restrict access to your account and the contests you join.

Deletion & contact

You can delete individual hunts and photos in the app. To delete your account and all associated data, contact [email protected] and we'll complete the deletion within 30 days.
